Challenge:

Mission Australia needs an expertise for consulting and supporting their current enterprise collaboration/portal application (intranet) infrastructure.

Mission Australia requires a Database Administrator resources for temp placement for upgrading the application.

Solution:

We've engaging regularly to consult and support the application and documenting the procedure as well as transfering the knowledge to their key IT/business units.

We've provided extra resource for Database Administrator to engage the task for upgrading the financial application.
