Mission Australia is a public service enterprise across Australia (about 3500 full time staffs and more than 2500 volunteers accross 120 sites) that offers services and programs for youth, family support, housing, community and employment.


Challenge:

Mission Australia Triple R Services in conjuction with Citi Foundation needs to outsource the CD multimedia development for supporting their Financial Counselling services.

Also, Mission Australia Triple R Services have a challenge in data collection for their services. It requires to centralise the information, accessing the information from everywhere (remote site) as well measuring the outcome by providing reporting to their funding as well as their partner.


Solution:

We gather the requirement and develop the CD multimedia with flash technology containing information and an interactive quiz.

In regards to data collection, we are teaming up with dewaForce to consult, integrate the CientTrail Case Management application and building up custom reports.
